Joel Hollins
Executive Director

With eleven years of experience in missions and eight years of experience in pastoral ministry and church planting, Joel now serves MissioSERVE Alliance as the Executive Director. Joel seeks to mobilize churches to fulfill their God-given role to train, send, and care for their missionaries well. When he is not consulting with churches, Joel’s work focuses on administration, resource development, and production. Joel and Mary are raising 4 kids (Jacob, Annie, Solomon and ZJ), attending Patterson Park Church in Beavercreek, Ohio. 

David C. Meade
Director of Church Engagement

David is the founder of Propempo International, podcaster of "Missions on Point", author, church planter, missions elder, former missionary to the Philippines; mentor/ trainer of missions pastors, UPG missionaries, missions leaders, and church missions teams.

Bill & Debby Abitz
Director of Operations

Bill and Debby’s involvement and call to serve in missions began as teenagers. Bill desires to see all things done to the glory of God, from Bible training to administrative duties. Debby is passionate about missionary care and women’s ministry. They have served in numerous roles within their local church and in Paraguay as missionaries. They enjoy speaking together or sharing as individuals.
